More book deliveries and random thoughts

More books are finding their homes and it makes my little heart beat a little faster each time. It feels so good. It's been a true blessing being able to talk about the journey of writing and about this story. It is not for everyone, the writing I mean. It takes a tremendous amount of focus and dedication. Some days you may get inspired and write for hours. Other days you struggle to edit and format your sentences in a way they would make most sense. Or even figure out the rationals and reasons why a character would chose to behave the way you want them to. You really get connected to the world you create. It feels like living in an imaginary world with people you got to know so well that they feel like family, friends or acquaintances. Sometimes it feels like the world and characters you've created are the only thing you keep thinking about. Sometimes, you just want to live in that world. That is the toughest line a writer has to draw for themselves. After all, what we write are fictitious stories about imaginary worlds. But, it's good to dream, isn't it? It's fun to imagine that one day, just like Molly, we may find ourselves crossing a gate into the world we conjured up.
